Return Policy:
On item sizing: the size's given are factory guidelines. We are not responsible for fit. We will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained (within 5 days of receipt) & items must be in original packaging and condition. Up to a 20% re-stocking fee may be applied,a refund or store credit will be issued. All postage is non-refundable. Warranty Items: All warranty items must be returned to our warehouse, NO EXEMPTIONS

WARNING! You may be injured while wakeboarding or kiteboarding. Always use an approved flotation device! Activities involving the use of wakeboards, kiteboards, and suction bindings assume the risk of bodily injury arising from those activities. Ride safe. Don't consume alcohol on the water.

Warranty Issues: Most items are covered by 1 yr factory warranty & all warranty items must be returned to our warehouse + customer is responsible for all postage, NO EXEMPTIONS

Payment Policy:
Payment must be received within 3 days of order. If you order and payment is not received within the 3 day limit, your item will be relisted.

SALES TAX will be charged for orders shipped to California.

Shipping Policy:
Domestic Shipping: shipping costs and/or discounted pricing quoted are for the lower 48 states ONLY. AK,HI,FPOs & territories will have a surcharge added after the order is placed. Foreign shipments: Shipping rates are quoted case by case basis and will be determined once the order is placed. Please email closeoutdude@closeoutdude for quote requests prior to ordering. Most items ship within 24-48 hrs. of payment and please note: they usually ship in their original factory box (we conserve & recycle and try not to waste resources). Foreign shipments: customers are responsible for all additional customs/tax/brokerage fees.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Some larger items (over 60") we must ship UPS standard to Canada due to size restrictions & they do charge a brokerage fee. If for some reason you decline to accept the item and pay the fees, your item will be considered abandoned and NO REFUNDS will be granted.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS: Pay Attention! It is the purchasers responsibility to provide the CORRECT SHIPPING address. If UPS has to correct the provided address in order to deliver, you will be subsequently charged the fees imposed by UPS (typically $10 for US & $15 for Canada). So please make sure your information is correct!
